We are not care home owners or estate agents ourselves.

The Terms of Use form part of an agreement between you, the end-user (referred to in these Terms of Use as “you”), and us and sets out the conditions under which you may access the information, products, services and advertisements (the "Material") available through the Site. By accessing, viewing or using the Material on the Site you have indicated to us that you both understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Downloadable Material

All our downloadable material is carefully checked for viruses before being uploaded onto the site, however we recommend that, as an extra precaution you run your own virus check on each document you download before saving it to your disk or hard drive.

Rights

No Implied Waiver

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.  The parties hereby prorogate the non-exclusive jurisdictions of the Scottish Courts..

Our provision of advertisement of care homes for sale services are provided by us under the following additional terms and conditions:

1. This website is intended for UK distribution only.
2. We advise that recipients carry out further investigations and seek further advice before acting on any information contained in the Care Homes for Sale on-line.  Care Homes for Sale information may have been provided by potential vendors or agents of the care homes described or it may have been already published by the vendors or agents. Information has not necessarily been verified by us.
3. The information herein is not intended to form the basis of any investment decision to purchase any of the care homes in respect of which the information is contained within these pages. These pages are provided to enable you to decide whether you wish to make further investigations of the care homes of which brief information is provided.
4. Although we continually update our data, inclusion in this report does not guarantee that the care home was or still is available for sale or that any potential purchaser will be able to obtain further information.
