Scottish Care Commercial's property site lists care homes for sale in Scotland and anyone, including non Scottish Care members, can list or buy a care home on this website. To complete your application you will be transferred to Paypal and once the transaction has been processed you will receive confirmation and your application will be processed according to our Terms & Conditions.

  Any organisation selling a care home in Scotland.
  
  
• How to Advertise
  Listing subscription is £500 + VAT per 8 weeks. This fee entitles you to:
  
  
  • a 30 word description of your care home in words used by potential buyers to search listing,
  • a 100 word extended description with up to 5 photographs,
  • an integrated link to your main web site
    
    
  Applications can be made in writing to the secretary at the address below. Alternatively you can complete an online application form which will enable us to process your application in a shorter timespan.
